Sheriff Mack States’ Rights

YouTube - Sheriff Mack States’ Rights.

As Illegitimate President of the United States, I would like to applaud Utah for passing a bill reclaiming ownership of of the land in their state.  Utah needs to own the land within her borders, sell it to private citizens and industry, develop it appropriately, and prosper thereby.

If Utah properly used the state’s land and resources, the state could refuse to accept any federal funding whatsoever, and with it, refuse to accept any federal regulations or mandates not specifically authorized by the Constitution.

Remember – the federal government was created by a contract between the states, not the other way around.  The states are still the ultimate authority on the scope of the federal government.
